We have implemented DAOS on Domino 8.5.1 FP2 HF34 on Windows 2003 Server SE and are attempting to back it up with Symantec BackupExec 2010 Agent for Domino. It fails with Final error: 0xE0009A91 - Backup Exec cannot determine the NLO files that one or more Lotus Domino databases refer to. On the Lotus Domino server, resync the DAOS catalog and then try the operation again. This is known by Symantec http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/329499.htm.

We've rebuilt the DAOS catalog by deleting DAOSCAT.NSF and DAOS.CFG and restarting the server and we've extended the backup agent time out but still the backup job fails. The DAOS console commands indicate everything is in sync on the Domino side.

Trying to get sense out of Symantec Tech Support is problematic.

Anyone else having the same config issue?
